Fees and Tuition

Administrative Fees:

Application Fee: $20 (The application fee is payable when the application is submitted and is non-refundable.)
Registration Fee: $50 (The registration fee is payable at registration and is non-refundable.)
Late Registration Fee: $20

Tuition Fees

Per Semester Hour: $75
Auditing Fee (per class): $50

Special Fees

Computer Lab (per semester): $20
Official Transcript: $5 (each)
Graduation Fees: $70
Private Music Instruction: established by and paid to instructor
Books and supplies vary with the student’s program. These items may be ordered through the College Bookstore. Estimated cost per semester is $120.

Financial Assistance Programs

Emmaus Baptist College makes available to students several scholarships, including academic scholarships, work scholarships, missionary student scholarships and scholarships for women. Contact the administration office for details.

If two or more immediate family members living in the same household are enrolled concurrently, the second and succeeding family member will be given a discount of 50% on tuition fees when the courses are taken for credit.

Settlement of Accounts

The following policies apply to outstanding debts:

  1. Any student owing monies to Emmaus Baptist College will not be permitted to re-enroll.
  2. Any student who fails to comply with his financial arrangement will be dismissed.
  3. Any student with outstanding debt owed to Emmaus Baptist College may not be permitted to take final examinations. Grades will not be given nor transcripts transferred until accounts are paid in full.

Refund Policies

Most fees, except those noted as non-refundable, may be refunded upon written request. Tuition refund will be made as follows:

During the first week of classes: 80% refund
During the second week of classes: 30% refund
After the second week of classes: no refund

Refund policy for Veterans

A refund of the unused portion of tuition, fees, and other charges for veterans will be made for all amounts paid which exceed the pro-rata portion of the total charges. This applies to veterans who fail to attend a course for which they are registered or for a veteran who withdrew from the course prior to completion. The proration will be determined on the ratio of the number of days or hours of instruction completed by the student to the total number of instructional days or hours in the course.
